El Rector puede inscribir á individuos que no se hayan matriculado, para seguir como asistentes uno ó varios cursos, pero jamás concederá esta autorización á jóvenes que, para no matricularse, no tenga otro inconveniente que el no querer someterse á la disciplina escolar, ó excusas semejantes. Los que cursen como asistentes no podrán pedir posteriormente que so les matricule ni presentar examen de prueba. capítulo xiii De los cursos .
