Art. 206. Por el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública, se dictarán las medidas del caso para dotar á cada uno de los mencionados establecimientos con un gabinete de Física otro de Zoología y Botánica y un Laboratorio químico, ó complementar los que existen actualmente, así como arreglar la enseñanza de Náutica en Cartagena.
