ARTICULO 23 . MANTENIMIENTO DE LA DISCIPLINA. La disciplina se mantendrá con el ejercicio de los derechos y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones, coadyuvando a los demás a conservarla. Del mantenimiento de la disciplina son responsables todos los servidores de la Institución.
