Será reputada como una falsedad toda alteración en los en los sobordos y facturas o manifiestos sea por los interesados o por los funcionarios a quienes se presenten; y los errores que hayan rectificado aquéllos, antes de presentarlos, deberán aparecer salvados minuciosamente antes de la fecha, la cual se pondrá a continuación de la última línea del respectivo documento.
