° El Presente Decreto rige a partir del primero (1.°) de enero de 1969, deroga los Decretos 1985 de julio de 25 de 1966, 2810 de noviembre 15 de 1966, y todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, y surte efectos fiscales desde el primero (1.°) de septiembre de 1968, para los empleados que estando al servicio del Ministerio de Justicia en esa fecha fueren designados para ocupar cargos en la nueva planta.
