°. Objeto . El presente decreto tiene por objeto determinar las condiciones para el otorgamiento de la pensión familiar establecida en la Ley 1580 de 2012, la cual se reconoce por la suma de esfuerzos de cotización o aportes de cada uno de los cónyuges o cada uno de los compañeros permanentes en el Sistema General de Pensiones.
