INTRODUCCION INDEBIDA DE MATERIALES INFLAMABLES. El que sin autorización introdujere en un buque de la Armada aeronave militar o policial o carro de combate, materias explosivas o inflamables, incurrirá por este solo hecho en arresto de dos (2) a ocho (8) meses y en prisión de uno (1) a tres (3) años cuando se produzcan daños.
