° En receso del Consejo, corresponde al Intendente conocer y decidir de las excusas y renuncias de los Consejeros Intendenciales. Las faltas absolutas o temporales de los principales serán llamados por los suplentes siguiendo el orden de colocación de sus nombres en la respectiva lista electoral.
