Modifícase parcialmente el artículo 1º del Decreto 396 de 2002, en el sentido de que los funcionarios designados para realizar el seguimiento del proceso electoral del 10 de marzo Congresistas, 26 de mayo Presidente y Vicepresidente y 16 de junio de 2002 (segunda vuelta si fuere necesario), en los departamentos de Amazonas, Magdalena y Valle, serán los siguientes: Para el departamento del Amazonas, el doctor Francisco Estupiñán Heredia, Presidente del Banco Granahorrar S.A. Para el departamento del Magdalena, la doctora Gloria Isabel Triviño Valenzuela, Superintendente Nacional de Salud. Para el departamento del Valle, la doctora Miryam Donato de Mohtoya, Directora del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de la Economía Solidaria.
