ARTICULO 69. Las autoridades municipales competentes expedirán la tarjeta de operación únicamente a los vehículos vinculados a las empresas de transporte legalmente autorizadas y de acuerdo con la capacidad transportadora fijada a cada una de ellas para cada radio de acción.
