º . CONTRIBUYENTES OBLIGADOS A PRESENTAR DECLARACION DEL IMPUESTO SOBRE LA RENTA Y COMPLEMENTARIOS. Están obligados a presentar declaración del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios por el año gravable de 1994, todos los contribuyentes sometidos a dicho impuesto, con excepción de los que se enumeran en el artículo siguiente.
