Cobro del Seguimiento. Con el objeto de realizar el seguimiento, control y verificación del cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas del permiso, la autoridad competente efectuará inspecciones periódicas a todos los usuarios. La autoridad ambiental competente aplicará el sistema y método de cálculo establecido internamente para tal fin.
