Las cuentas de los Tesoreros serán fenecidas en primera instancia por los Concejos, y en segunda, por el Tribunal Departamental de Cuentas.
Los Concejos tendrán el término de diez días para el estudio y fenecimiento de las cuentas de los Tesoreros, y fenecidas por éstos, las remitirán al Tribunal de Cuentas respectivo.
