° Los empleados públicos de que trata este artículo al ser incorporados en empleos de la nueva Planta Central de Personal, dispondrán de un (1) año a partir de la vigencia de este Decreto para cumplir con los requisitos exigidos para cada empleo según las normas legales vigentes.
