Los contratos que celebre el Servicio deben contener las cláusulas que sobre garantías, caducidad administrativa y reclamaciones diplomáticas la ley exige para los del Gobierno. La declaratoria de caducidad, llegado el caso, se hará por el propio establecimiento.
