Censo de los sujetos pasivos propietarios y/o poseedores y censo predial. Para la distribución de la Contribución Nacional de Valorización (CNV) del sector transporte, el sujeto activo deberá realizar el censo de los sujetos pasivos propietarios y/o poseedores y el censo predial de los inmuebles ubicados en el área de influencia.

Artículo 4.1.1.4.4. Censo de los sujetos pasivos propietarios y/o poseedores y predial. Para la distribución de la Contribución Nacional de Valorización (CNV) del sector transporte, el Instituto Nacional de Vías (Invías) deberá realizar el censo de los sujetos pasivos propietarios y/o poseedores y predial dentro del área de influencia.
