Art. 9°. Los Jueces Superiores, Secretarios de estos Escribientes y Porteros-Escribientes en los distritos de los Departamentos no mencionados en el artículo anterior, gozarán, respectivamente, de los sueldos anuales que en seguida se expresan:

El número de Escribientes y Porteros de estos Juzgados, será el determinado por las leyes vigentes de los antiguos Estados y Departamentos, en cuanto no las reforme la ley 61 de 1886.
