°. Contratos de ahorro contractual. Los contratos que celebren las cooperativas con sus asociados, de acuerdo con el artículo anterior, no podrán estipular la pérdida de las sumas depositadas en caso de que no se hagan los pagos convenidos; no obstante, podrá pactarse la pérdida para el depositante de los intereses devengados con anterioridad a dicho incumplimiento.
