El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho y el Ministerio del Interior promoverán el uso de mecanismos alternativos de solución de controversias para proporcionar respuestas rápidas y accesibles. El Ministerio del Interior apoyará las iniciativas de consolidación de mecanismos alternativos que surjan al interior de las comunidades negras, afrocolombianas, palenqueras y raizales.
