° Cédese al Municipio de Turbaco, el derecho de propiedad que tiene la Nación sobre el lote de terreno y sobre los edificios de la Estación del Ferrocarril, en dicha ciudad, y sobre el lote de terreno de los Patios de la misma estación. La entrega de tales inmuebles, la hará el Consejo Administrativo, mediante Asta de entrega que deberán firmar el Personero Municipal de Turbaco y un comisionado del Administrador General de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales.
