° La Junta de Transportes se compondrá del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y de tres representantes del comercio de importación y exportación. El Ministro será. Presidente de la Junta y Secretario de ella el Jefe de la Sección de Navegación del Ministerio de Obras Públicas. Los miembros de la Junta desempeñarán su cargo ad honorem.
