Bonos Pensionales

Bonos pensionales. La expedición, monto y características de los bonos pensionales a que tengan derecho los afiliados al sistema general de pensiones se regirán por las disposiciones de la Ley 100 de 1993 y por las que se determinen en ejercicio de las facultades extraordinarias.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, con fines de orientación, suministrará unas tablas que le permitan al afiliado efectuar cálculos indicativos del valor del bono pensional. CAPITULO IV. DE LAS COTIZACIONES.
