Para las prestaciones sociales del personal docente y administrativo de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, los empleados de esta institución gozarán de todas las prestaciones y de todos los servicios reconocidos por esta entidad, y su afiliación surte efectos de el momento de la creación del citado establecimiento. En estos términos queda aclarado el artículo 15 de la Ley 73 de 1958 .
