Art. 2.° Las cuentas del mencionado empleado, así como las de los Administradores departamentales de Hacienda que estén en la Tesorería general y que no hayan sido incorporadas en la cuenta de esta Oficina, serán remitidas por el tesorero general á la Oficina general de Cuentas para su examen, y los documentos de gastos hechos por los mismos empleados serán devueltos á los responsables para que soliciten directamente la legalización de los respectivos Ministerios, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el decreto número 817 del corriente año.
