Pérdida de la consignación. El adjudicatario que no cancele oportunamente el saldo del valor de la mercancía rematada en el Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas, perderá el valor de la consignación hecha para la postura, en favor de aquel, una vez deducidos los gastos de licitación.
