º . Remuneración de los agentes del cuerpo profesional especial . Los agentes que integren el cuerpo profesional especial, a partir de la fecha de su nombramiento, tendrán derecho a una bonificación del treinta por ciento (30%) de su sueldo básico mensual y a un incremento de un diez por ciento (10%) por cada año de servicio cumplido en esta categoría, sin sobrepasar al cien por ciento (100%) del sueldo básico, al tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 4º de la Ley 21 de 1979.
