Impedimentos y recusaciones. Los miembros de la Comisión de la Carrera Administrativa de la Procuraduría General de, la Nación, están sometidos al régimen de impedimentos y recusaciones señalados en el artículo 149 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, y se tramitarán y decidirán como lo prevén los artículos 150 y siguientes del mismo. En caso de aceptación del impedimento o de la recusación de algún miembro, será sustituido conforme lo establezca el reglamento que expedirá la Comisión de Carrera Administrativa.
