Artículo tercero. La remuneración mensual de los docentes sin título universitario vinculados actualmente a la Universidades Estatales u Oficiales como expertos o Instructores o Profesores auxiliares será incrementado en el valor correspondiente a cuarenta y ocho (48) puntos. Este incremento beneficiará únicamente a los docentes sin título acogidos al régimen previsto en el Decreto 1444 de 1992.
