ARTICULO 316 . Informes de Policía Judicial . Quienes ejerzan funciones de policía judicial rendirán sus informes, mediante certificación jurada, a la unidad de fiscalía. Estos se suscribirán con sus nombres y apellidos y el número del documento que los identifique como policía judicial. Deberán precisar si quien los suscribe participó o no en los hechos materia del informe.
