El subsidio de que trata el artículo anterior se pagará por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional por mensualidades vencidas. Si la persona fallece, el ultimo pago no reclamado será destinado al pago de los servicios funerarios y si hubiere un remanente se destinará a Ascove para éste mismo fin.
