Además de los límites señalados por el artículo 3° de la Ley 53 de 1942, el préstamo a una cooperativa estará de acuerdo con las garantías reales que ofrezca y con la capacidad económica necesaria para el buen servicio de la amortización. El monto del préstamo no podrá ser superior al 70% del valor de la garantía.
