El tiempo en que el Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional permanezca separado en forma temporal, no podrá considerarse como de servicio para ninguno de los efectos de este Decreto. Durante dicho tiempo los Oficiales y Suboficiales separados no tendrán derecho a sueldo ni a prestaciones sociales.
