Los militares que sin estar en servicio quieran contribuir voluntariamente al Montepío, consignaran mensualmente en la Tesorería de este las cuotas respectivas; pero si alguno dejare de dar la contribución correspondiente á alguna mensualidad, quedará de hecho borrado de la lista de contribuyentes, sus herederos no tendrán derecho á pensión y no se devolverán las cantidades que hubiere consignado.
