Artículo único. Deróganse los artículos 1° y 2° del Decreto número 2572 de 28 de octubre de 1944 y el artículo único del Decreto número 1963, de 16 de agosto de 1945. En lo sucesivo sólo el Ministro de Correos y Telégrafos tendrá la facultad de nombrar, remover y conceder licencias a los Carteros de las oficinas del ramo en la República. Comuníquese y publíquese.
