Las Asociaciones De Radioaficionados Podrán Utilizar Temporalmente Los Prefijos 5j Y 5k Asignados Internacionalmente A Colombia, En Eventos O Certámenes Especiales

Las asociaciones de radioaficionados podrán utilizar temporalmente los prefijos 5J y 5K asignados internacionalmente a Colombia, en eventos o certámenes especiales. Con tal propósito la asociación interesada lo informará previamente a la Dirección General de Comunicación Social del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, indicando las fechas durante las cuales se realizará el evento, las bases y propósitos del mismo y la lista de los radioaficionados operadores que fueren a participar.

Parágrafo

Los Cayos Colombianos y territorios insulares tendrán los prefijos permanentes otorgados por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
