Artículo octavo. Mientras se imprimen los títulos definitivos el Gobierno podrá emitir Certificados Provisionales de "Bonos de Desarrollo Económico", clase "G", emisión de 1976, los cuales tendrán la misma fecha de emisión fijada para los Bonos en el artículo 3° y serán cambiados por los títulos definitivos haciendo los ajustes de plazo e intereses a que hubiere lugar.
