Art. 122. Cuando en el acto del reconocimiento el introductor de un cargamento no se conformare con la decision del Administrador acerca de la clasificacion de los efectos, se nombrará un perito por cada parte, para que, bajo juramento, dacidan el punto, i si hubiere diverjencia, el administrador nombrará un tercero que la dirima.

Eetos peritos deben reunir las mismas condiciones exijidas en el parágrafo 1.° del artículo 118 para los testigos.
