Artículo XII . Se suprime el artículo 33 del Convenio y se sustituye por el siguiente: "Artículo 33. Con excepción de lo dispuesto en el párrafo 3 del artículo 5º, nada en el presente Convenio podrá impedir al transportista rehusar la conclusión de un contrato de transporte o formular reglamentos que no estén en contradicción con las disposiciones del presente Convenio."
