De los contratos distintos de los de dominio . Cuando para los fines señalados en el artículo anterior no fuere posible adquirir derecho de dominio o construir inmuebles por parte del Fondo Rotatorio, se celebrarán los contratos que prevean las correspondientes legislaciones, los cuales deberán cumplir el procedimiento antes mencionado.
