° A las industrias establecidas o en proceso de instalación, tengan o no cupo básico, se les otorgarán licencias para la importación de repuestos para maquinaria fabril, sin sujeción al sistema de cupos básicos, reembolsables con Certificados de Cambio y con cambio oficial, en la proporción y de acuerdo con la clasificación establecida por la Resolución número 20 de 1949.
