°. Modifícase el Decreto 1392 del 26 de mayo de 1997, en el sentido de ampliar el plazo allí establecido, hasta el 28 de julio de 1998. Adiciónase el artículo 1° del mismo decreto con el siguiente

Autorízase a las Direcciones Territoriales de Salud de los Departamentos, Distritos y Municipios que estén certificadas, para otorgar plazo máximo a las I.P.S.s con el fin de que presenten la declaración de requisitos esenciales y cumplan con la totalidad de los mismos hasta el 29 de enero de 1999”.
