A partir del otorgamiento de la Escritura Pública de Constitución del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión, INRAVISION, como entidad asociativa de carácter especial, éste se subrogará en todos los derechos, acciones, excepciones, privilegios, prerrogativas y obligaciones que hubiere contraído el establecimiento público transformado, de conformidad con lo ordenado por la Ley 42 de 1985.
