Objeto. La presente Sección tiene como objeto establecer el procedimiento para la identificación de los beneficiarios de los créditos de educación superior otorgados a través del ICETEX a los que se les condonará su deuda, de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 150 de la Ley 1450 de 2011 y 2° de la Ley 1547 de 2012.
