Tasa por utilización de agua en el sector hidroenergético . De conformidad con lo establecido en el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 45 de la Ley 99 de 1993, dentro del porcentaje de transferencias al sector ambiental que hace el sector hidroenergético, compuesto por centrales hidráulicas y térmicas, está comprendido el pago de la tasa por utilización de aguas.
