Pago de derechos por expedición de patentes de pesca . La expedición de patentes de pesca dará lugar al pago de derechos. La Aunap, establecerá el valor de tales derechos, tomando en cuenta las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 48 de la Ley 13 de 1990. (Decreto número 2256 de 1991, artículo 116)
