El capital pagado y el fondo de reserva del Banco Prendario, ambos saneados, no serán menores de las siguientes cantidades: $30,000 para los Bancos situados en un Municipio cuya población no exceda de 20,000 habitantes; $50,000 para los Bancos situados en Municipios cuya población sea mayor de 20,000 habitantes y no exceda de 35,000 y $100,000 para los Bancos situados en Municipios cuya población exceda de 35,000 habitantes.
