Las autoridades competentes suprimirán los auxilios oficiales y suspenderán o cancelarán las licencias de funcionamiento y de aprobación de las Universidades y Colegios que incumplan las disposiciones del presente Decreto y las medidas que en desarrollo del mismo se expidan, todo según la gravedad de la infracción cometida.
