Los Secretarios de Hacienda de los Departamentos y el Ministro de Hacienda formarán los cuadros resúmenes de tal liquidación de los Presupuestos Municipales en la misma forma indicada en el Artículo 6° de esta Ley. Tales cuadros deberán ser publicados en los periódicos oficiales y presentados a la respectiva Asamblea Departamental y al Congreso Nacional en sus sesiones ordinarias anuales.
