Otras formas de cumplir con los tiempos mínimos de mando. A los oficiales y suboficiales se les abonara como tiempo de mando policial, para su ascenso al grado inmediatamente superior, el de su permanencia en cargos de mando orgánicamente asignados a oficiales y suboficiales de mayor graduación, siempre que tales cargos estén dentro de los contemplados en este estatuto para el cumplimiento de este requisito.
