Artículo único. Apruébase en todas sus partes la ordenanza número 19 de Julio de 1888, "sobre canalización de los ríos ' Grande ' y ' Chiquito ' " expedida por la Asamblea Departamental de Boyacá en sus pasadas sesiones. En consecuencia, el Gobernador del expresado Departamento la pondrá en vigencia y procederá a organizar y fomentar de acuerdo con ella, los trabajos de canalización y desagües en el valle bañado por el río Sogamoso.
